Payment Methods

FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS (orders outside of the Philippines)

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You just need a valid credit card. Simply select “pay with a credit or debit card” option at the PayPal website.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by PayPal. Customers outside the Philippines will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (orders within the Philippines)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank deposits via BPI, BDO, and Chinabank as well as G-Cash payments.

PAYING WITH BANK DEPOSIT

If you choose to pay through bank deposit, after checking out, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the bank account details. Once you have deposited payment log in to your account, go to my orders, and click on the bank icon to enter and submit the payment details.

PAYING WITH G-CASH

If you choose to pay with G-Cash, after checking out, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the G-Cash account details. Once you have deposited payment log in to your account, go to my orders, and click on the G-Cash icon to enter and submit the payment details.

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT

Once you have paid your goods will be dispatched as soon as we confirm payment.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery and payment (G-Cash/PayPal fees) charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the Philippines may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
